LIGHTWEIGHT MATERIALS - HEAVY-DUTY CONSTRUCTION

These loading ramps are designed for heavy-duty use, without breaking your back.  Made from heavy-duty aluminium they are lightweight for easy handling.  The beams feature an extruded double T rail with interlocking rungs.  This means the rungs are secured within the rungs and not relying only on welds to hold them in place.

REINFORCED TOP AND BOTTOM RUNGS

The top and bottom rungs are often exposed to extra load while the machine enters and exits the ramp, Digga has reinforced these sections of the ramp to help prevent early failure of the rungs.

LOADING RAMPS DESIGNED FOR A SMOOTH RIDE

No more bouncing up and down the whole way, the rungs are designed to create a smooth ride for rubber tracks and tyres.  The bottom rung is also very close down, removing the large step-up found with many older style ramps.  Your machine will easily roll up and down these ramps.

MAXIMUM TRACTION FOR SKID STEER, RUBBER TRACKS OR TYRES

We get it, you’re working outside, in the dirt - it’s not always blue skies and clean tyres. That’s why the Digga Aluminium Loading Ramps are designed with all-weather traction in mind.

The serrated rungs provide maximum traction for rubber wheels or tracks, making these the perfect ramp for loading skid steer, rubber track machinery, or vehicles in all conditions. 

The rung slotting system will prevent dirt, mud, rocks etc. from clogging in the rungs and reducing traction, but they will also actively remove mud and dirt buildup from rubber tyres and tracks, limiting the amount of dirt that ends up in your truck.

3 OPTIONS FOR ATTACHING LOADING RAMPS TO YOUR TRUCK OR TRAILER

Keeping the ramp secured to your truck or trailer is incredibly important, thankfully these ramps feature multiple options for securing the ramp in place while loading and unloading your machine.

The 2x included locking pins can be used to positively secure the ramp in place, or the tongue can be placed between the truck bed and rear tailgate of a tipper truck.  There is also a welded D shackle mount underneath the ramp to allow a chain for extra security when loading and unloading.

SHIPPING

Please be aware that due to the large size of these ramps, a forklift will be required for unloading at your destination.  If you do not have access to a forklift, please let us know and these can be delivered to a local depot for you to collect.
